India’s two-wheeler market posted strong growth in February 2026, driven by rising demand across segments. The top 10 models recorded total sales of 12,52,889 units. This reflects a solid 30.56 percent year-on-year growth compared to 9,59,598 units in February 2025. In addition, commuter motorcycles and scooters continued to dominate overall volumes. Perhaps improving rural demand and better finance options also supported this growth.

The Hero Splendor remained the highest-selling two-wheeler in the country. It recorded 3,21,952 units, marking a strong 54.96 percent growth. This sharp rise highlights its continued popularity among daily commuters.
The Honda Activa followed in second place with 2,54,449 units. It posted a 46.23 percent growth compared to last year. Moreover, it continues to lead the scooter segment across urban and rural markets.
Honda Shine secured the third position with 1,71,360 units, growing by 10.87 percent. It remains a preferred choice for reliable commuting.
TVS Jupiter stood fourth with 1,27,089 units, registering a 22.70 percent growth. It continues to attract family buyers with its comfort and practicality.
Meanwhile, the Bajaj Pulsar recorded 1,11,617 units. It grew by 26.98 percent, showing steady demand for sporty commuter bikes.
In the mid-range segment, Hero HF Deluxe sold 71,717 units. However, it posted only a slight growth of 1.61 percent.
Suzuki Access 125 followed with 70,137 units and an 18.80 percent increase. It continues to perform well in the premium scooter category.
TVS Apache registered 45,166 units, growing by 19 percent. It remains popular among performance-focused riders.
TVS XL100 recorded 45,095 units with a strong 34.32 percent growth. This rise reflects higher demand in rural and semi-urban areas.
At the same time, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 closed the top 10 list with 34,307 units. It posted an 11.96 percent growth, maintaining steady demand in the mid-size segment.
Overall, February 2026 sales highlight strong momentum in the Indian two-wheeler market. Most top models recorded double-digit growth, indicating healthy demand. In addition, better financing options and rising mobility needs continue to support sales.
