The Indian two-wheeler market has seen several interesting developments in the second half of October 2026. Manufacturers are preparing new motorcycles, refreshing existing models and adding more technology to their current line-ups.
This fortnight brings updates across different segments, from the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 and Harley-Davidson Sprint 440 to the latest KTM, Honda and Triumph launches. Here are the key two-wheeler developments buyers and enthusiasts should know about.

Harley-Davidson's upcoming Sprint 440 cruiser has been spotted without camouflage as it begins arriving at dealerships. The latest spy shots reveal a traditional cruiser design with a new fuel tank, a scooped single-piece seat, and raised, pulled-back handlebars. The motorcycle also features black body panels, machined engine fins, and a bright exhaust heat shield.
The Sprint 440 is expected to share its 440cc, single-cylinder engine with the X440. This engine produces 27 bhp and 38 Nm of torque in the X440, paired with a six-speed gearbox. However, Harley-Davidson has not confirmed the Sprint 440's specifications yet. Other visible features include USD front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, alloy wheels, and disc brakes at both ends.

Royal Enfield has released a new teaser of the upcoming Himalayan 750, confirming its expected global reveal at EICMA 2026 in Milan, Italy. The motorcycle was also showcased without camouflage at the company's Himalayan Basecamp event. It will bring a larger engine and several expected technology upgrades to the adventure touring segment.
The Himalayan 750 is likely to use a parallel-twin engine with a capacity close to 750cc. Its expected features include cruise control, traction control, adjustable suspension and dual front disc brakes. Another major change could be a 19-inch front wheel instead of the 21-inch setup found on existing Himalayan models. The motorcycle may also get alloy wheels and tubeless spoke wheels. EICMA 2026 will take place from November 3 to November 8.

Honda has introduced a blacked-out version of the CB350C in India ahead of Diwali 2026. Based on the entry-level STD trim, this new edition focuses on cosmetic changes rather than mechanical upgrades. Its reported on-road price is around Rs 2.32 lakh, although Honda has not officially confirmed the Black Edition name.
The Honda CB350C gets black finishes on the headlight cowl, rear-view mirrors, front fender supports, and lower sections of the front forks. The crankcase plate and horns also receive darker finishes. However, several components, including the exhaust, handlebar, and rear twin shock absorbers, retain their chrome or silver treatment. It continues with the 348.36cc, single-cylinder engine producing 20.79 bhp and 29.5 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox. Other features include dual-channel ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control and Honda RoadSync.

KTM has launched the updated 200 Duke in India at Rs 2,07,140 (ex showroom, Delhi). The latest motorcycle receives several electronic upgrades, two new colour options and revised hardware. Its price has increased by just Rs 1,552 compared with the previous version.
The biggest additions include Ride-by-Wire, a bi-directional Quickshifter, Traction Control and two Ride Modes: Street and Rain. KTM 200 Duke also gets Crawl Assist, which helps riders manage slow-moving traffic. The motorcycle continues with its existing performance setup, producing 25 PS of power. Hardware updates include 43mm WP USD front forks, a 320mm front brake rotor and a wider 150-section rear tyre.

Vespa India has introduced the Vibe 125 and Vibe 150 scooter range, with prices starting at Rs 1,65,500 (ex showroom, Delhi). The updated scooters receive larger wheels, a new TFT instrument console, and keyless ignition. Buyers can choose between the standard Vibe and Vibe S versions.
The Vibe 125 is priced at Rs 1,65,500, while the Vibe 150 costs Rs 1,78,000. Both scooters now feature 12-inch front and rear wheels, replacing the earlier 11-inch front and 10-inch rear setup. Other additions include a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, and call/SMS alerts. The engine options remain unchanged.

Kawasaki India has updated the Z900 for the 2027 model year at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex showroom). The latest update on the Kawasaki Z900 mainly focuses on new colour options, with no major mechanical changes announced. Buyers can now choose between Ebony with Metallic Carbon Gray and Metallic Spark Black, or Pearl Blizzard White with Plasma Lime Green.
The motorcycle continues with its 948cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. However, its listed maximum power has dropped slightly from 122 bhp to 121 bhp. The torque figure remains unchanged. Kawasaki has also listed a kerb weight of 213kg, compared with 212kg for the previous model.

Hero MotoCorp has introduced the Destini 110 Classique Edition in India at Rs 76,400 (ex showroom, Delhi). The new edition receives fresh colour combinations, graphics and special styling elements. It sits above the VX, priced at Rs 75,000, and below the top-spec ZX, which costs Rs 83,800.
The Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition is available in two colour options: Matt Goldfish Silver/Light Industrial Grey with brown inner panels and Matt Aries Brown with black inner panels. It also receives stripe detailing and a dedicated Classique Edition emblem. The new edition costs Rs 1,400 more than the VX version. However, it retains the existing Destini 110's family scooter package, with styling changes being its main attraction.

Triumph has launched the 2027 Tiger 1200 range in India, with prices starting at Rs 20.99 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi). The updated adventure motorcycle is available in two variants: GT Pro at Rs 20.99 lakh and Rally Explorer at Rs 23.49 lakh. The Triumph Tiger 1200 latest model receives more engine power, revised hardware, and additional rider assistance technology.
It continues with the 1,160cc, three-cylinder engine, which now produces 158 PS and 130 Nm of torque. This represents an 8 PS increase over the previous model. The motorcycle also gets semi-active Showa EERA Heightflex suspension, Brembo Stylema brake callipers and automatic ride-height adjustment. Its technology package includes a 7-inch TFT display, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring. The GT Pro gets a 20-litre fuel tank, while the Rally Explorer features a larger 30-litre tank and tubeless spoke wheels.
