Royal Enfield Quarterly Sales Report (April-June 2026): 24% Year-on-Year Growth

Royal Enfield has reported a strong start to FY 2026-27, registering total sales of 3,30,427 motorcycles during the first quarter (April to June 2026). The brand recorded a 24% year on year growth over 2,65,528 units sold during the same period last year. 

Strong demand for its under 350cc bikes and healthy domestic sales remained the key contributors to the company's performance, despite a decline in exports and the above 350cc segment.

In Q1 FY 2026-27, Royal Enfield recorded total motorcycle sales of 3,30,427 units, compared to 2,65,528 units in the same period last year. This represents an overall 24% year on year growth, driven by strong domestic demand and higher sales of motorcycles under the 350cc segment.

Segment Wise Sales Performance

Royal Enfield maintained strong momentum throughout the first quarter of FY 2026 to 27, crossing the one lakh sales mark in every month. April recorded the highest year on year growth, while May and June also delivered healthy double digit gains.

Domestic Vs Export Sales 

Royal Enfield recorded strong growth in the domestic market during the first quarter of FY 2026 to 27. However, export sales declined compared to the same period last year. 

Domestic sales increased by 32%, reflecting strong demand for Royal Enfield Bikes across India. However, exports declined by 20%, indicating weaker shipments in international markets during the first quarter. 

Monthly Performance Highlights

• April 2026: Sales grew by 31% YoY, driven by strong demand for motorcycles under the 350cc segment.
• May 2026: The company maintained positive momentum with 15% YoY growth, crossing the one lakh sales mark.
• June 2026: Royal Enfield ended the quarter with 27% YoY growth, supported by higher domestic sales despite lower exports.
