The Indian two-wheeler market witnessed several important developments during the past week. Hero MotoCorp launched its first flex-fuel commuter motorcycles, while Bajaj's upcoming adventure motorcycle appeared during road testing. In addition, Bajaj introduced the Avenger Street 220, and several manufacturers revised motorcycle prices. KTM, Triumph, and Suzuki increased prices across selected models. Hero MotoCorp launched the Splendor Plus Flex Fuel and HF Deluxe Flex Fuel in India. The motorcycles can run on ethanol-blended fuel ranging from E20 to E85.

The Splendor Plus Flex Fuel is priced at Rs 82,710, while the HF Deluxe Flex Fuel costs Rs 72,792. Both Hero motorcycles use a 97.2cc single-cylinder engine updated for flex-fuel compatibility.

Hero has also updated the ECU, fuel pump, and fuel filtration system. Sales will begin in Delhi and selected Maharashtra regions from July 2026. The company plans a wider rollout in other markets later.

A new Bajaj adventure motorcycle was spotted during road testing in India. The test motorcycle appeared with camouflage but revealed several key design elements.

The Bajaj motorcycle features a raised front fender, spoke wheels, long-travel suspension, and an upswept exhaust. The overall design indicates an adventure touring motorcycle.

The engine casing resembles KTM's newer platform. Reports suggest the motorcycle could use a 250cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. Bajaj is expected to position the motorcycle around the Rs 2 lakh price bracket.

Bajaj Launches 2026 Avenger Street 220

Bajaj Auto launched the 2026 Avenger Cruise 220 at Rs 1.30 lakh ex-showroom. The motorcycle joins the Avenger Cruise 220 in the company's cruiser lineup.

Power comes from a 220cc air and oil-cooled engine producing 19 bhp and 17.6 Nm torque. The engine remains paired with a five-speed gearbox.

The Cruise 220 gets a lower handlebar, compact visor, and black-themed styling. Bajaj offers the motorcycle in Ebony Black and Cocktail Wine Red colour options.

KTM Increases Prices Across Multiple Models

KTM Increases Prices Across Multiple Models

KTM revised prices of several motorcycles in its Indian lineup. The increase affects the 200 Duke, 250 Duke, 390 Duke, Adventure 250, Adventure 390, and RC 200.

The price revision ranges between Rs 4,000 and Rs 6,000 depending on the model. However, KTM has not introduced any mechanical or feature updates alongside the revision.

The updated prices came into effect across dealerships during June 2026.

Triumph Revises Prices of 400 Range

Triumph increased prices of several motorcycles in its 400 range. The revision affects the Speed T4, Speed 400, Scrambler 400 XC, and Thruxton 400.

The Speed T4 now costs Rs 1.99 lakh after a Rs 4,000 increase. Meanwhile, the Speed 400 received a Rs 2,000 hike and now costs Rs 2.34 lakh.

The Scrambler 400 XC and Thruxton 400 received price increases of Rs 5,000 each. However, Triumph has not changed prices of the Tracker 400 and Scrambler 400X.

Suzuki Gixxer SF Gets Dearer by Rs 3,800

Suzuki increased prices of both Gixxer SF variants in India. The standard variant now costs Rs 1,38,929, while the Special Edition is priced at Rs 1,39,390.

The Suzuki motorcycle continues with the same 155cc single-cylinder engine producing 13.4 bhp and 13.8 Nm torque. Suzuki has not introduced any design, feature, or mechanical updates.

The Gixxer SF remains available with LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, and single-channel ABS. The latest revision increases prices by around Rs 3,800 across the range.
