Triumph has teased four new motorcycles ahead of their global reveal on October 6. Among them, the upcoming Bonneville 400 could attract strong interest, as it will add a classic retro roadster to Triumph’s 400cc range.

Triumph Bonneville 400 Expected to Get a Classic Design

The Triumph Bonneville 400 has appeared in test runs several times in recent months. However, the teaser gives the first clear hint about its upcoming reveal.

Unlike the Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X, Thruxton 400 and Tracker 400, the Bonneville 400 will use a different chassis setup. It gets telescopic front forks with gaiters and twin rear shock absorbers. In addition, the test bike appears to use a new chassis and swingarm.

The design takes inspiration from larger Bonneville models. It gets a teardrop fuel tank, swooping fenders, a flat bench seat, a circular headlamp, and a peashooter-style exhaust.

For India, the bike could use the 349cc single-cylinder engine. Perhaps Triumph may tune it closer to the Speed T4, which makes 29hp and 31Nm.

The Bonneville 400 could compete with the Honda CB350, Royal Enfield Classic 350, and Bullet 350. Meanwhile, the other three motorcycles in the teaser appear to include a Street Triple and two Tiger models.

Triumph’s Recent Launches Get Key Updates

Meanwhile, Triumph had also launched the 2026 Daytona 660 in India at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex showroom). The updated motorcycle was introduced on 21 September, 2026 and came with several equipment changes, while its 660cc three-cylinder engine remains unchanged. It continues to produce 95hp and 68Nm with a six-speed gearbox.

The biggest change made was the 41mm Showa upside-down front fork, which now gets compression and rebound adjustment. In addition, Triumph has made the bi-directional quickshifter standard, while the outgoing model offered it as an optional accessory. The bike also got Metzeler M9 RR tyres instead of Michelin Power 6 rubber. Moreover, the brand had also introduced three new colour options for this 2026 model. These include Sapphire Black, Aluminium Silver and Cosmic Yellow.

Overall, with the continuous updates in their models, Triumph is expanding its motorcycle lineup with new products and regular upgrades across different segments.
