Honda CB350RS Latest Updates

The 2025 Honda CB350RS was launched in India.

04 Apr 2025

Honda CB350RS Summary

The Honda CB350RS is a stylish, retro-modern cruiser bike that comes with old-school design and new features. This motorcycle is a part of Honda’s premium BigWing lineup. Also, it is a member of the retro-styled 350cc bikes, which include the Hness CB350 and CB350

On 4 April 2025, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched the updated model of the CB350RS. The bike gets the new OBD2B-compliant engine and new colour options. The latest Honda CB350RS colour options are Pearl Deep Ground Grey, Pearl Igneous Black, Rebel Red Metallic, Mat Axis Grey Metallic, and Pearl Igneous Black Yellow.

It takes design inspiration from classic cafe racers, featuring a sculpted fuel tank, sleek tail section, and wide tyres. The main rivals of the CB350RS are Hunter 350, Speed 400, Harley X440, and Jawa 42 FJ

Honda CB350RS Price

The Honda CB350RS price in India starts at around Rs. 1.97 Lakh (ex-showroom) for the DLX variant. And the price of the DLX Pro variant is Rs. 2 Lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the on-road price may change based on the city due to local taxes, insurance, and RTO charges.

Honda CB350RS Engine

For powering the CB350RS, there is a strong 348.36cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. It produces 20.78 bhp @ 5500 rpm and 30 Nm @ 3000 rpm . This motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox and comes with an assist and slipper clutch for smoother gear changes.

The Honda CB350RS engine is E20 fuel compliant and meets OBD2 standards. Despite being air-cooled, the engine remains smooth even on longer rides. With good throttle response and well-balanced weight, the CB350RS top speed goes up to 150 kmph, making it fun and easy to ride on highways or city roads.

Honda CB350RS Mileage

The Honda CB350RS mileage is around 35 kmpl, depending on how and where you ride. This makes it an economical pick for riders who want to enjoy long rides without frequent fuel stops.

The bike also has a 15-litre fuel tank, which gives a decent range on a full tank. This combination of power and efficiency is what makes the CB350RS both fun and practical.

Honda CB350RS Specifications

With its updated design and aggressive riding posture, the CB350RS provides a sportier riding experience. Additionally, it shares the same chassis as the popular Hness CB350.

Regarding the Honda CB350RS specs, the bike has a 17-inch rear wheel and a 19-inch front wheel arrangement. Moreover, the bike is low maintenance because it has Tubeless tyres with alloy wheels.

A half-duplex cradle frame enables stable handling and balance in the CB350RS. It has telescopic forks up front and twin hydraulic shocks at the back. These parts guarantee that the bike remains stable. With a weight of about 180 KG, it is lightweight even for new riders.

Honda CB350RS Features

The CB350RS features a good mix of classic design and modern tech. It comes with dual-channel ABS for safer braking and a slipper clutch for easy gear shifts. The LED headlamp gives the bike a fresh and stylish look.

Its other standout features include the traction control system and smartphone voice control system that lets you stay connected while riding. However, the voice control feature is only available in the DLX Pro model. With all its strong points, positive CB350RS reviews show that this bike delivers both in performance and design.

Honda CB350RS

“Honda CB350RS looks sporty, sounds good, and feels super refined on the road. The riding posture is comfortable yet a bit aggressive, which makes it fun for both city rides and weekend trips. It’s packed with useful features like LED lights, traction control, and ABS. Overall, the bike is well-balanced with Honda’s trusted quality and smooth performance.”

4/5

Honda CB350RS is a stylish neo-retro motorcycle that blends classic charm with modern features. It offers a smooth 348.36cc engine, sporty riding posture, refined performance, and impressive road presence. The motorcycle is built for both city and weekend rides. While it shares its base with the H’ness, the RS feels sportier and more youthful. This cruiser bike offers style, comfort, and Honda’s trusted reliability.

Honda CB350RS Side Profile

4.5/5

  • The CB350RS has a bold, sporty neo-retro design. It combines classic elements like the round headlamp and metal fuel tank with a sharp, modern silhouette.

Honda CB350RS Fuel Tank

  • During our test ride, people at the traffic signal couldn’t stop staring. Some even came over to ask, "Bhai, kaunsi bike hai?" That’s the kind of road presence the CB350RS has.
  • The Rebel Red Metallic is our favourite colour because this one just hits differently. It appears rich in daylight and aggressive under streetlights. If you’re into attention-grabbing looks, go for this one.
  • The bike feels compact but muscular due to the blacked-out parts. From the engine area to the side panels, everything is finished in black, which gives the bike a strong, sporty vibe. It’s a nice change from the more chrome-heavy look on the H’ness.
  • The LED headlamp looks premium with its matte black ring. The Healiight looks cool and also lights up the road really well, stylish and practical at the same time.

Honda CB350RS Headlight

  • We absolutely love the rear design. The grab rail is tucked under the seat, and the LED tail lamp is rectangular and compact. It gives the rear a slick look that’s honestly one of our favourite angles on the bike.

Honda CB350RS Tail Light

  • That wide 150-section rear tyre changes the game. When viewed from behind, the tyre adds a lot of road presence. It also improves grip and gives you more confidence while leaning into corners.
  • Honda has kept chrome to a minimum, and it works well here. This is a modern street machine with just the right amount of retro flair.

4.5/5

  • From the headlamp to the tail-light and turn signals, everything is LED. It not only looks modern but also improves visibility, especially at night. During our rides, the headlamp had a good spread and throw.
  • You get an analogue speedometer with a small digital screen. The old-school dial shows speed, while the LCD gives info like trip meters, fuel level, and gear position. It’s easy to read and doesn’t feel cluttered.

Honda CB350RS Meter

  • Turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts are super handy. We tested the navigation during a ride across town, and it was surprisingly accurate.
  • The USB charging port is tucked neatly under the handlebar.
  • During our test ride, the rear slipped on gravel, but traction control kicked in and kept things steady.
  • The slip-and-assist clutch makes a big difference in traffic. The clutch action is super light, and gear shifts are butter-smooth. It also prevents rear wheel lock-up if you downshift hard.
  • Dual-channel ABS is well-tuned and gives confidence while braking. Both the front and rear feel solid, which is what you want in tricky situations.

5/5

  • The 348.36cc single-cylinder engine feels super refined. From the moment you start the bike, you can tell it’s a Honda. The engine is smooth, calm, and has zero stress even when you rev it hard. It delivers 20.78 bhp and 30 Nm of torque.

Honda CB350RS Engine

  • The power delivery was smooth and gradual; we didn’t feel any sudden jerks or surprises. The bike builds up speed steadily, which makes it easy to ride even for beginners.
  • The 5-speed gearbox is slick and pairs perfectly with the assist clutch. The shifts are smooth and the clutch is light. Even in bumper-to-bumper traffic, our left hand didn’t get tired.
  • The motorcycle’s mileage is pretty decent for this kind of bike. Depending on how you ride, you can expect around 35 to 40 kmpl, which is great for a 350cc machine with this much style and performance.

Honda CB350RS Exhaust

4/5

  • The riding posture is slightly forward-leaning, which gives the bike a sportier feel compared to the Honda H’ness CB350.
  • The rear-set footpegs enhance the sporty ergonomics without causing discomfort during long-distance rides.
  • The seat is designed to be firm and wide that provides adequate support and comfort for both the rider and the pillion.

Honda CB350RS Seat

  • The suede-textured seat adds a premium look, although it tends to attract dust and can be difficult to clean in dusty environments.
  • The rear-view mirrors have limited visibility, as they mostly reflect the rider’s elbows rather than the road behind.
  • The handlebar is positioned to offer a good balance between control and comfort, which makes it suitable for both city commuting and highway riding.

5/5

  • The bike uses the same frame and suspension setup as the Honda H’ness CB350, but its geometry and tuning make it feel noticeably sportier to ride.

Honda CB350RS Rear Suspension

  • The 17-inch rear alloy wheel, paired with a wide 150-section tyre, provides excellent road grip and enhances overall stability.
  • The block-pattern MRF tyres offer adequate traction for occasional light off-road or trail riding, in addition to regular road use.

Honda CB350RS Tyre

  • The motorcycle feels stable while cornering and maintains responsive handling in urban traffic conditions.
  • The inclusion of traction control adds an extra layer of safety, particularly useful for beginner riders or when riding on wet or slippery roads.
  • The braking system is strong and effective, with ABS that is well-calibrated to prevent wheel lockup without being overly intrusive.

Honda CB350RS Brake

The suspension setup offers a slightly firm ride at lower speeds but becomes more comfortable and compliant as the speed increases.

4.5/5

  • This motorcycle is a strong option for riders seeking a sportier design combined with the proven reliability of Honda engineering.
  • It offers a more engaging and youthful riding experience compared to the more classic and laid-back character of the H’ness CB350.
  • It doesn’t fall neatly into any single motorcycle category.
  • Unlike the higher variants of the H’ness CB350, this model does not come with Bluetooth connectivity, making its feature list feel slightly less equipped in comparison.
  • Honda’s premium BigWing dealership network, which sells this model, is still expanding and may not be widely available in all regions, so it’s important to check local access.
