India's two wheeler market recorded strong growth in June 2026. Domestic sales reached 18,51,400 units, registering an 18.58% year on year increase compared to 15,61,283 units sold in June 2025. Hero Splendor continued to lead the sales chart, while Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter and TVS iQube recorded impressive growth. In addition, scooters remained the fastest growing segment during the month.
Hero Splendor once again secured the top position with 3,53,024 units, growing 6.64% over last year. Honda Activa followed in second place with 2,18,932 units, while Honda Shine retained the third spot with 1,67,572 units. However, Bajaj Pulsar was one of the few models to report a decline.
TVS Jupiter continued its strong momentum with a 26.69% growth. In addition, TVS Apache and TVS iQube also delivered excellent performances. The iQube stood out with an impressive 232.29% year on year growth. On the other hand, Hero HF Deluxe recorded the biggest decline among the top ten models.

The overall domestic market also posted healthy numbers during June 2026. Motorcycles remained the largest category with more than 10,56,422 lakh units sold, with 6.43% growth. However, scooters recorded the highest growth at 39.14% and sold 7,44,823 lakh units, showing rising customer demand. Mopeds also delivered a strong increase during the month.

Overall, June 2026 proved to be another strong month for the Indian two wheeler industry. Hero Splendor maintained its leadership, while Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter, Apache and iQube continued to gain momentum. Perhaps the coming months will bring even stronger competition as manufacturers introduce new models and festive season demand begins to build.
