Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched a new mobile app called “MyHonda-India”, designed to improve how customers connect with the brand. The app is now available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, which offers both buyers and existing owners a single platform for sales, service, and after-sales support.
The MyHonda-India app has been created as a one-stop solution for two-wheeler users. It integrates Honda One ID, a digital identity that allows customers to access all information related to their vehicle in one place. With this, users can compare Honda’s two-wheeler models, book test rides, raise product enquiries, and even explore finance options before making a purchase.
In addition, customers who already own a Honda Two-wheeler can use the app to check their service history, track real-time service updates, book appointments, and make online payments. There is also an option to store digital manuals and important vehicle documents for quick access.
The app goes beyond sales and service. It also provides insurance renewal reminders, service alerts, and roadside assistance support to keep riders stress-free. Moreover, users can find nearby dealerships, petrol pumps, and smart workshops with location-based tools.
Honda has also included engaging features such as safety campaigns, festive greetings, and promotional offers to maintain closer contact with customers. These efforts aim to create personalised communication and improve satisfaction levels.
Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said,
"We are delighted to launch the all-new MyHonda-India mobile application. Our commitment to elevate the customer experience has led us to develop this revolutionary app which will not only provide transparency but also ensure a hassle-free and convenient experience.”
By combining purchase, service, and after-sales under one app, the company aims to simplify ownership while staying connected with users at every step.
