The electric two-wheeler segment in India saw an interesting shift in November 2025. While overall sales of electric scooters and bikes slowed down after the festive rush, TVS Motor Company continued to strengthen its position.
The brand sold 30,347 electric two-wheelers in the month, placing it at the top of the chart. This helped the overall electric two-wheeler market reach 1,16,982 units, which gave EVs a 7.5 percent share of the entire two-wheeler market. This is slightly higher than October 2025, when the EV share stood at 7.3 percent.

TVS now commands about 26 percent of the entire electric two-wheeler space. This is a significant lead over other major brands. What makes this growth even more notable is that TVS increased its month-on-month sales by almost 3 percent, even though the entire EV market fell sharply by nearly 19 percent. This shows that TVS products, such as the iQube, continue to attract consistent interest from buyers.

Bajaj secured the second position with 25,565 EVs sold in November, giving the company roughly a 22 percent share. However, Bajaj saw its numbers fall by more than 18 percent compared to October. Ather Energy came next with 20,349 units, holding about 17 percent share. Ather also faced a drop of around 28 percent month-on-month.
Hero maintained steady progress with 12,213 units, although its monthly sales dipped by more than 23 percent. Meanwhile, Ola Electric, once the strongest EV player, dropped to 8,402 units. This is a steep fall of nearly 48 percent, showing that competition has become much tougher. Perhaps changing buyer preferences, wider choices, and new models from competitors have played a major role in this shift.
There were a few smaller manufacturers, including River Mobility and Kinetic Green, that recorded double-digit growth compared to October. In addition, their products are slowly gaining visibility among young buyers. However, they still operate from a much smaller base, which means they have a long way to go before challenging the main players.
