
FADA (Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations) has announced its February 2026 sales report, which registered a YoY growth of 25.02% and a MoM decline of 8.22%.

In February 2026, the industry clocked in a total sales volume of 17,00,505 units, whereas in February 2025, the industry saw sales of 13,60,155 units. This resulted in a 25.02% growth in YoY growth. However, a 8.22% degrowth in MoM sales is observed, as sales figures in January 2026 were 18,52,870 units.

Hero MotoCorp secured first place with 457,826 units sold in February 2026. This is an 18.39% incline from 386,703 units sold in February 2025. This translates to a market share decline of 5.30%.
Honda is the second top-selling two-wheeler manufacturer in February 2026 with total retail sales of 431,253 units. This marks a slight increase of 30.74% from 329,857 units in February 2025. The company's market share increased by 4.57%.
TVS registered a strong performance with 333,935 units sold in February 2026, compared to 254,599 units last year. This represents a YoY growth of 31.16% and an increase in market share of 4.91%.
Bajaj Auto sold 180,846 units in February 2026, up from 154,205 units in February 2025. Its market share dropped to 6.20%, signalling a dip in competitiveness or product demand compared to the previous year.
Suzuki recorded 94,398 unit sales in February 2026, showing a solid increase of 22.13% from 77,292 units in February 2025. However, the market share declined by 2.31%.
Royal Enfield sold 91,216 motorcycles in February 2026, improving on 71,974 units in February 2025. As a result, the sales increased by 26.73% and the market share increased to 1.37%, highlighting strong demand in the mid-size premium segment.
Yamaha sold 60,967 units in February 2026 compared to 46,327 in February 2025. Its market share increased slightly by 5.26%, indicating a small contraction in its customer base or channel movement.
Ather Energy posted a strong performance with 20,584 units sold in February 2026, up from 11,978 units last year. Its sales jumped to 71.85%, making it one of the standout performers in the EV segment.
With 4,724 units sold in February 2026 compared to 3,704 units in February 2025, Greaves Electric experienced an increase of 27.54%. Its market share also increased by 2.01%.
Classic Legends sold 4,468 units in February 2026, compared to 2,350 units in February 2025. This shows an increase in sales by 90.13%.
Ola Electric saw a significant drop in sales from 8,675 units in February 2025 to 3,968 units in February 2026. Consequently, its sales declined by 54.26%, reflecting weakened demand or strategic adjustments.
Piaggio recorded an increase in retail sales, moving from 2,358 units in February 2025 to 2,867 units in February 2026. Its market share reduced to 2.75%, showing a slight decline in presence.
Bgauss sold 2,411 and River Mobility sold 2,255 electric vehicles, showing 97.79% and 267.86% sales growth, respectively.
The “Others Including EV” segment posted 8,787 unit sales in February 2026, up from 8,301 units in February 2025. Its market share declined slightly to 15.33%.
