Ola Electric has completed four years of operations at its Futurefactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. Within this short span, the company has shown & crossed production of over one million electric scooters.
This marks a major step in the brand’s expansion and its commitment to scaling operations in India. Moreover, the milestone reflects Ola Electric’s focus on offering diverse products with advanced battery options for different riders.

Production at the Futurefactory started in 2021 and reached one million units in just four years. This shows the company’s consistent growth in manufacturing and its ability to handle multiple product lines. In addition to that, Ola Electric marked this milestone with a special edition Roadster X+.
The scooter comes finished in midnight blue with sporty red accents on rims, battery pack, and dual-tone seat. Furthermore, recycled copper waste is used in badges while electroplated bar ends highlight Ola’s focus on sustainability.
The Roadster X+ is equipped with a 9.1 kWh battery pack, making it Ola’s most powerful scooter yet. This aligns with the company’s strategy of launching higher-capacity energy systems across select models. The scooter has been specially designed for high-mileage users who want longer range and premium features.
Ola Electric is preparing phased deliveries of its new models to match festive season demand in India. The S1 Pro+ comes with a 5.2 kWh battery and is priced at Rs 1,69,999. Deliveries for both S1 Pro+ and Roadster X+ are expected to begin during Navratri 2025.
In addition to that, the S1 Pro Sport is also ready for launch with two battery options, 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh. Its price begins at Rs 1,49,999 and deliveries are scheduled from January 2026. This phased timeline helps Ola balance production across its portfolio while preparing for newer models.

All these models are powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell, which ensures consistency in performance and supports local manufacturing. The Futurefactory remains central to this production, given its proximity to supply networks and logistics hubs in Tamil Nadu.
