OLA Roadster X

The OLA Roadster X is an electric street bike made for daily city travel & short distance highway rides. It comes with a simple design, 777 mm seat height, and a lightweight body of 123.4 kg. The bike offers a riding range of up to 140 km, which suits regular use without frequent charging.

OLA Electric launched this model in India on 5 February 2025 as its first electric motorcycle. It was introduced with multiple battery options to match different riding needs and daily usage. The deliveries started in May 2025 across selected cities in a phased manner. The bike also gets a 4.3 inch LCD display, LED lights, and features like navigation and call alerts.

OLA Roadster X Battery and Performance

The OLA Roadster X Battery Specification includes a lithium ion battery setup with options from 2.5 kWh to 4.5 kWh capacity. This motorcycle uses a mid drive motor that produces 7 kW power and gives smooth pickup for daily riding. It comes with automatic transmission, so there is no need for gear shifting during rides.

The top speed goes up to 118 km/h in higher variants, while the base variant reaches around 105 km/h. It also gets three riding modes, including Eco, Normal, and Sport, which help manage speed and battery usage.

OLA Roadster X has a maximum range of up to 140 km with a full charge and more advanced models have a range of up to 252 km. This renders it suitable in both everyday commuting around the city and in a bit longer rides without charging frequently. It can be charged in approximately 5.9 hours and so can be charged overnight at home. The overall performance suits daily city rides and short highway use.

The braking setup includes drum brakes at both ends with a combined braking system and single channel ABS for better control.
