Royal Enfield offers both the Hunter 350 and the Classic 350 on the same platform. However, these two bikes feel very different on the road. Both motorcycles use the same 349cc engine that produces around 20.2 hp and 27 Nm torque. Therefore, performance remains quite similar in daily riding conditions. However, the real difference comes from design, weight, and riding purpose.

The Hunter 350 comes in 4 variants with simple feature differences. It offers alloy wheels and optional Tripper navigation. The Hunter 350 price starts from Rs 1.38 Lakh. In addition, it focuses on keeping the cost low while offering useful features. This makes it attractive for first-time buyers.
The Classic 350, however, comes with more 7 variants and premium finishes. It offers chrome detailing and richer paint quality. The bike’s price ranges from Rs 1.83 Lakh. Moreover, higher variants include Tripper navigation and better switchgear. Therefore, it feels more premium overall. However, you pay extra for these additions, which may not matter for budget buyers.

The Hunter 350 has a compact frame and short wheelbase. It looks sporty and easy to handle in crowded areas. In addition, it gets smaller fuel tank styling and modern color options. This gives it a youthful appeal.
On the other hand, the Classic 350 follows a traditional design with metal body parts. It has a bigger fuel tank and wide stance. Moreover, its longer wheelbase adds to strong road presence. Therefore, it stands out more on highways.

The Hunter 350 uses telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. It has slightly stiffer suspension for city riding. This setup helps in better cornering and control in urban roads. However, rough roads may feel a bit firm.
In contrast, the Classic 350 offers softer suspension tuning. It absorbs bumps better on highways and bad roads. In addition, its longer seat improves comfort for both rider and pillion. Both bikes come with disc brakes and dual-channel ABS. However, braking feel remains more stable on the Classic.

The Hunter 350 gets a semi-digital instrument cluster. It shows speed, fuel level and basic trip details. In addition, higher variants include the Tripper navigation pod for turn-by-turn directions.
The Classic 350 also uses a similar console but feels more refined. It has better switch quality and layout. Moreover, it offers more customization options through accessories. Riders can add touring seats or windshields. However, neither bike offers advanced features like traction control or ride modes.

The Hunter 350 is less expensive, lighter and easier to ride, and is more affordable. It is ideal to riders in the city. But in case you feel comfortable, stable and traditional design, the Classic 350 would be a better choice.
Moreover, the classic might be the better choice of touring riders based on the superior suspension and comfortable riding position. Conversely, beginners can be more confident when using the Hunter because it is easier to handle.
