Electric scooters are fast becoming a smart choice for daily commutes. With growing city congestion and rising fuel prices, many riders now consider clean, efficient, and affordable electric scooters. Other than reducing pollution and noise, e-scooters save money in the long term. But when you decide to buy one, a key question remains: between BGauss and Ampere, which gives more value?
When you ride every day, a few things really matter: range, price, battery, and reliability. Let's take a look at how both brands perform in these essential areas and which scooter fits different kinds of daily riders.

The range is essentially the most critical aspect for any daily commuter. And for this, BGauss has some pretty strong options available. For instance, the BGauss C12i Max claims an impressive 135 km range per charge. Then, there is the BGauss RUV 350, which has the same range and is a more rugged model, hence comfortable to ride on longer distances.
On the Ampere side, the Ampere Nexus stands out. It features a 3.3 kWh battery with a 136 km certified range in city usage. Plus, it has a charging time of about 3.5 hours, quite convenient.

Cost is a major factor for most commuters on a daily basis. Ampere usually leads the race in this category. One of the most affordable electric scooters available today is its Reo Li Plus model, priced at Rs 59,900. It is ideal for those who ride short distances and offers approximately 70 km of certified range along with a removable lithium-ion battery to make charging easier.
At the same time, BGauss models like the Oowah are pricier but promise better performance and higher top speeds. The BGauss Oowah has stronger acceleration and a higher top speed compared with most entry-level scooters. So, if you have a slightly bigger budget and want a powerful ride, BGauss gives you more features for the extra money.
Things like storage space, comfortable seating, and smooth handling. Ampere’s Magnus Neo fits this role well. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and offers a practical range of around 80–95 km in Eco mode.
However, if you prefer a more robust and stylish scooter, the BGauss RUV 350 is worth considering. In addition, the BGauss Oowah delivers a solid balance of speed and riding comfort.
