• The Reo 80 looks quite stylish at first glance. It’s got that “premium feel” even though it's a budget electric scooter. This makes it perfect for city rides without looking boring.
• We really liked the futuristic front design. The dual-tone colors like red and white give it a fun, modern vibe. Ampere has done a commendable job at an affordable price. 

• That LED headlamp adds a cool touch at night. It’s bright enough for narrow lanes and gives the scooter a sharp look when seen from a distance.
• Just under the LED headlamp, there’s a small halogen lamp. It’s not very powerful, but it adds a unique layered look to the front face.
• Apart from this, the scooter features halogen indicators on the handlebar sit neatly on top. They actually reminded us of old-school scooter charm.
• There are DRL-like designs on the front, and while they don’t light up, they still add style points when you're zipping through traffic.

• The back of the scooter reminded us a bit of the Honda Activa Electric. It’s got a simple, clean look that most people will find familiar and nice.

• The Ampere Reo comes with a 1.3 kWh LPF battery with 250W motor. It offers 30% more battery life cycle, which is great for budget buyers. 

• The range can be vary depending on the variant you choose, the top-end Reo 80 has a claimed range of 80 km/charge. During our city rides, it came pretty close to that we got about 75-77 km of range. 

• For short daily rides, it’s just right. We used it all day for errands and still had 22% charge left in the evening.
• This Ampere scooter takes around 4-5 hours to charge fully. Believe us, this is one of the best in this price segment. It is quick to charge, easy to use, and perfect for daily rides.
• We simply plugged the scooty into a normal home socket at night, and by morning it was fully charged. This makes it very convinent for day-to-day usage. 

• Since it goes only 25 kmph, you don’t need a license or registration. Just charge it and ride all day. 

• You don’t require any RTO work or papers needed. Just plugged it in at night and used it next morning. This makes it a great pick for students above 16, senior citizens and even for womens. 

• We took it to the market and there were no noise, no gears, just a smooth and peaceful ride.

• The Reo 80’s colour LCD screen looks really sharp and premium. It feels cool checking speed and battery while riding around town.
• The scooter also comes with keyless start, which is super convenient. We just hopped on and rode off.

• It comes with front disc brakes and 10-inch alloy wheels, which made our city ride feel stylish and safe.
• During our test ride, the braking was sharp and confident, especially during sudden stops at crowded signals.
• We loved the two small front pockets, they easily held a phone and sunglasses during our ride to a cafe.
• The Ampere Reo 80 also features an USB charging port, which is very convenient for riders in emergencies. 

• There’s a little hook between the pockets where you can hang a grocery bag. This feature is really handy for market trips.
• However, the underseat storage disappointed us, we tried fitting a full-face helmet under the seat but it didn’t go in. You can only put a open-face helmets in this scooter.
• If you carry the charger inside the seat, there’s not much space left for anything else, sadly.
• Good thing is, the footboard is roomy, it can carry two big shopping bags without any struggle.

• The Reo 80 feels super light and easy to ride. We zipped through tight traffic, its lightweight and easy handling makes it a great option for city commutes.

• We rode it through narrow lanes and over small bumps, and it handled everything smoothly for a slow-speed scooter.
• Getting on and off is really easy. Even your older family member will have no trouble at all.

• The suspension is decent for daily city roads. We hit a few potholes but stayed balanced without any scary jolts.

• At Rs 59,900 ex-showroom, the Ampere Reo 80 is one of the most affordable electric scooters in the market today.
• This pricing is ideal for students, college-goers, working professionals, or even families who need a second scooter at home.
• In a time when petrol prices keep rising, switching to the Reo 80 means huge savings over time because company claims its running cost is just 15 paise per Km.

• We think Ampere has struck a sweet spot here due to its low price with usable features.
