Honda 2 Wheeler October 2026 Sales: 7.34 Lakh Units Sold, Growth at 13%

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) recorded total sales of 7,34,566 units in October 2026. The company reported 13% year on year growth compared to 6,50,596 units sold in October 2025.

The two wheeler maker saw growth in both domestic sales and exports. Domestic sales increased by 11%, while exports registered stronger growth of 35%. The performance came during the festive season, when HMSI reported steady customer demand across its product portfolio.

HMSI's domestic sales stood at 6,64,831 units in October 2026. This was higher than the 5,98,952 units recorded during the same month last year.

Exports also improved, reaching 69,735 units against 51,644 units in October 2025. The following table shows the company's October sales performance.

Honda Bikes and Honda Scooters: Popular Models

Honda has a wide two wheeler portfolio in India, covering commuter motorcycles and family scooters. Popular Honda scooters include the Honda Activa and Honda Dio.

In the motorcycle range, the Honda Shine and Honda Unicorn are among its key models. These motorcycles cater to buyers looking for everyday commuting options.

However, HMSI has not shared model wise sales figures for October 2026. Therefore, the company's latest monthly report does not reveal which Honda bikes or scooters contributed the most to its sales.

HMSI Records 15% Growth in FY27 So Far

Honda also reported higher sales during the first seven months of FY27. Between April and October 2026, its total sales reached 41,74,638 units.

This represents 15% growth over 36,44,151 units sold during April October 2025. Domestic sales increased by 13% to 37,08,903 units.

Exports recorded 28% growth during the same period. HMSI shipped 4,65,735 units, compared to 3,63,161 units in the previous year's corresponding period.

What the Sales Growth Means for Buyers

HMSI attributed its October performance to steady demand during the festive season. The company also highlighted its product range and dealer network of over 7,000 touchpoints.

For buyers, this network offers access to Honda's sales and service outlets across multiple locations. However, the company has not shared model wise sales figures in this report.

It has also not announced any new discounts or price changes alongside the monthly sales update.

Honda's October 2026 sales show growth across domestic and export markets. Its FY27 performance also remains higher than the previous year's figures.

However, buyers should compare individual models, prices and ownership costs before making a purchase decision.
