The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is still a favourite in 2025. The bike combines nostalgia and practicality with its retro look and contemporary updates. In addition, the new J‑Series engine provides a refined, smooth performance that is ideal for both urban commuting and trips across town. Here are five reasons why the Classic 350 is still an excellent choice in 2025.

1. Timeless Retro Design

The Classic 350 retains its 1950s-inspired appearance that feels modern and nostalgic. The styling features a teardrop fuel tank, long front and rear mudguards, wide handlebar, and chrome accents.

It also has spoke wheels that add to the vintage charm. Royal Enfield introduces new dual-tone colour options and enhanced finishing for 2025 that make it feel more premium.

2. Smooth and Refined J-Series Engine

The Classic 350 gets a 349cc single-cylinder, air-oil cooled J-Series platform engine. The new engine comes with 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. This provides smooth performance with minimal vibration compared to the older UCE engine.

The bike handles nicely at 80-90 kmph cruising speeds. In addition, the gear shifts are also smooth, and the throttle response is linear. It can easily do city commutes and is also capable of doing light touring. Additionally, it's highly tuned for low-end torque, which makes it simple to navigate in traffic.

3. User-Friendly Tech Upgrades

While the Royal Enfield Classic 350 retains its retro looks, it now features some necessary technological advancements. The semi-digital console displays fuel level, trip meter, and odometer. There are some versions with the Tripper navigation pod driven by Google Maps.

There is also a USB port for charging under the handlebars, convenient for charging phones on the go. The LED headlamp provides better visibility when riding at night, and having a gear-position indicator makes it convenient for new riders.

4. Comfortable Ergonomics

The Classic 350 provides a comfortable and natural riding position, perfect for daily commuting or weekend outings. Its 805mm seat height is ideal for most Indian riders and offers a planted stance. Moreover, the wide, cushioned seat is well-cushioned and allows for long journeys without fatigue.

Royal Enfield also provides an optional touring seat for added comfort. In addition, the front telescopic forks and rear twin gas-charged shock absorbers easily absorb road imperfections. Even on poor roads, the ride is comfortable and confidence-inspiring.

5. Affordable and Reliable

The RE Classic 350 motorcycle is still pocket-friendly for most riders in India. It beats most of its rivals in the retro category with a starting price of around Rs 1.95 lakh (ex-showroom). In addition, the motorcycle is built like a tank with a great fit and finish.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 is supported by Royal Enfield's extensive service network and excellent resale value. Customers all over India rely on this bike for everyday use, weekend outings, and even long-term journeys.
