Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has introduced special 25-Year Anniversary Editions of the Activa 110, Activa 125, and SP 125. In addition, these models celebrate 25 years of Honda’s journey in India & mark the achievement of producing 70 million two-wheelers.
The new editions feature fresh cosmetic updates, premium design touches, and a commemorative 25-year logo to mark the milestone. Bookings are now open, with deliveries expected by the end of August 2025.
Prices for the anniversary editions start at Rs. 92,565 for the Activa 110, Rs. 97,270 for the Activa 125, and Rs. 1,02,516 for the SP 125. Following prices are for the DLX variants of each model.
Customers can book them through Honda’s online platform or by visiting authorised dealerships. According to Honda, the deliveries will start before the month ends, making them available nationwide soon.

The Activa 110 and Activa 125 now feature anniversary graphics on their body panels and a black chrome finish at the front. Pyrite brown metallic alloy wheels add a premium touch to the scooters’ overall design. They are offered in two colours – Pearl Siren Blue and Mat Steel Black Metallic. Additionally, it depends on the variant, seat options include café brown or black finishes, giving buyers a choice in style.
Moreover, the Honda SP 125 also includes similar cosmetic treatment, fresh graphics, matching alloy wheels, and the 25-year anniversary logo on its fuel tank. These updates aim to make the models stand out while maintaining their familiar appeal.
All three anniversary edition two-wheelers come with a fully LED headlamp, a 4.2-inch TFT display, & a USB Type-C charging port. They also continue with important safety features like a side-stand engine cut-off, Combined Braking System, and tubeless tyres. Therefore, these features ensure riders enjoy both convenience and safety during daily commutes or longer rides.
The Activa 110 comes with a 109.51cc air-cooled PGM-Fi OBD-2B compliant engine. Similarly, the Activa 125 retains its 125cc single-cylinder PGM-Fi engine, also OBD-2B compliant.
The SP125 comes with a 123.94cc single-cylinder unit. Each model is designed to deliver smooth performance while maintaining good fuel efficiency, a feature Honda scooters and bikes are known for.
Moreover, with such special anniversary editions, this brand aims to strengthen its connection with customers all over India. However, the combination of updated designs, proven engines, and practical features is expected to appeal to the buyers.
