The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is the best motorcycle for riding in the suburban areas of cities. This model was launched in India in January 2024 in single variant and in a single colour option, black.

Its latest generation model is lightweight, comfortable to ride, and totally unique in design. However, it provided a new approach to city adventure. The Husqvarna 401 Svartpilen primarily competes with the Triumph Speed 400, Royal Enfield Scram 440, Triumph Scrambler 400 X, and KTM 390 Duke.

Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 Engine

The new 401 Svartpilen comes with a powerful 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It produces around 42.9 bhp @ 9000 rpm of power and 39 Nm @ 7000 rpm of torque. 
The six-speed gearbox is paired with the engine, and the bike also comes with a slipper clutch and quickshifter for easy gear changes. The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 top speed is about 170 kmph, which is great for riders who want spirited riding.

The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 mileage is approximately 25 kmpl. This will slightly differ with traffic, road conditions, and riding style. It has a 13-litre fuel tank, which provides a reasonable range for daily commuting and long weekend trips. Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 Specifications

The Svartpilen 401 motorcycle is the latest model from the Swedish brand for the Indian market. This is a scrambler bike with an off-road-ready design. And the 401 Svartpilen Husqvarna weighs 171 kg and has a seat height of 820mm, which makes it easy to handle. 
For comfort while off-roading, the bike comes with adjustable WP Apex USD front forks and an adjustable WP Apex rear monoshock. And for braking, the bike has disc brakes on both the ends of 320mm and 240mm, respectively, with dual-channel ABS.

The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 specs include a new trellis frame, which is inspired by the KTM Duke models. This frame is supported on the 17-inch spoke wheels wrapped in 110/70 front and 150/60 rear Pirelli block pattern tyres.

The Svartpilen 401 with a circular LED headlight featuring a ring-type LED DRL on the outer rim. As opposed to the previous model, which was being sold in the global market, new side panels have been revised for the new model. It also receives a decorative front visor.

The new Husqvarna 401 receives a ride-by-wire, traction control, Supermoto ABS and more, such as a five-inch TFT with optional smartphone connectivity, and type-C charging port.
