Yamaha Set to Unveil the Launch of R3 and MT-03 Today

Yamaha is officially launching the highly anticipated R3 and MT-03 in the Indian market. These dynamic bikes promise to redefine the Indian biking scene. 

Yamaha R3 and MT-03 have a high-performing 321 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that delivers 41.4 bhp and 29.6 Nm. These bikes can navigate city roads with ease due to their lower end of the rev range. However, when you start the bike, it revs up to 13,000 rpm, which makes it ideal for even faster rides. 

Apart from this, Yamaha R3 & MT-03 comes with same specifications that includes:-

  • 6-speed gearbox, with slip & assist clutch
  • Up-side down forks in the front and a monoshock at the rear suspension
  • Disc brakes in both front & rear 
  • Dual-Channel ABS
  • 17-inch Alloy wheels

However, they also have the same features, such as LED lighting and LCD instrument clusters. These features make them an ideal choice for bike enthusiasts in India. The R3 and MT-03 enter a competitive segment filled with worthy contenders like the KTM RC 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300, and the BMW G 310 R.

These bikes are coming to India from a completely Built-up (CBU) route. Moreover, the expected ex-showroom price of R3 is to be around Rs. 3.50 lakh and MT-03 with a price tag of Rs. 4 lakh in India.
