The upcoming 2025 Honda CB650R Teaser Out Before Launch

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India is going to launch its lightweight bike to the Indian market and expand its BigWing portfolio. According to a teaser, the Japanese automaker is all set to bring its highly popular, fully-faired CB650R to the Indian market. What to Expect?

The Honda CB650R may have a 649cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine. This unit produces 63 Nm of maximum torque at 9,500 rpm and 95 bhp of power at 12,000 rpm. A brand-new E-clutch gearbox is mated to this unit. Additionally, the company provides a 6-speed manual gearbox as an alternative.
 

Body and Design

With a unique cafe racer bike design, the upcoming model is probably going to follow the same style as the previous versions. A screen further enhances its round headlights and sharper street appearance in the centre of the handlebar steering. 
 

The fuel tank is well-designed, providing the rider with sufficient support. Its design makes riding easier and gives you more control. Additionally, the handlebar's minor elevation also guarantees a more comfortable and relaxed riding position on prolonged trips.
 

Specifications and Features

The latest model has a 10-step adjustable monoshock and Showa Separate Function Big Piston forks. The front end's 310 mm discs and the rear end's 240 mm discs are in charge of braking. Additionally, the brakes have a switchable traction control system and dual-channel ABS. The bike's new five-inch colour TFT screen and Bluetooth connection are among its highlights.
 

The pricing of the 2025 Honda CB650R may exceed Rs. 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Prior to its discontinuation in India, the previous model was priced at Rs. 9.15 lakh. Overall, the anticipated price increase is a result of the model's updated features.
