New Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition Launched at Rs. 19.90 Lakh

Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition at Rs. 19.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new version gets several visual changes, while the standard Hayabusa also receives new colours and electronic updates.

Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition: What’s New?

The Hayabusa Special Edition comes in Pearl Vigor Blue with special decals and a different wheel finish. In addition, it gets a 3D Suzuki emblem and a special edition badge on the fuel tank.

The muffler end and heat guard now feature anodised finishes. Moreover, Suzuki offers a single-seat cowl as standard on this special version.

The standard Suzuki Hayabusa now comes in three new colour combinations. These include Candy Daring Red/Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Galaxy Gray/Candy Burnt Gold and Pearl Vigor Blue/Pearl Brilliant White. However, the standard model continues to carry a price of Rs. 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Suzuki has added a new ELIIY Power lithium-ion battery to the Hayabusa. The new battery weighs less and takes up less space. Furthermore, Suzuki has revised the launch control and power mode settings.

The smart cruise control system also gets an update. The key change is that riders can now keep cruise control active while shifting gears.

Suzuki Hayabusa Engine and Hardware

The Hayabusa continues with a 1,340cc inline-four-cylinder engine that produces 190bhp and 142Nm. A six-speed gearbox sends power to the rear wheel.

The bike uses a twin-spar aluminium frame, adjustable KYB USD front forks and a rear monoshock. For braking, it gets twin 320mm floating discs with Brembo Stylema front callipers.
