Royal Enfield Launches Exclusive Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Edition at Rs. 5.75 Lakh

Royal Enfield has introduced a special limited-edition Shotgun 650 in partnership with Rough Crafts. The company has priced this model at Rs. 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom). Moreover, this version is very exclusive, as only 100 units will be available worldwide. Out of these, only 25 bikes will come to India, which makes it quite rare.

Inspired by a Custom Show Bike

This limited-edition model takes inspiration from the ‘Caliber Royale’ custom motorcycle. Royal Enfield first showcased that bike at EICMA 2025 and later displayed it at Motoverse 2025. Now, the brand brings a similar design to production, which may excite many enthusiasts.

In addition, registrations for this bike have already started on the Royal Enfield App and website. However, the India sale will begin on 30 July at 7 PM IST, and only the first 25 buyers will get the bike.

Unique Design and Premium Details

The Shotgun 650x Rough Crafts stands out with its stylish look. It comes in Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black shades with gold detailing. Moreover, the bike gets a special brass badge and a unique number on the fuel tank.

In addition, it features black bar-end mirrors, a quilted leather seat, and contrast-cut alloy wheels. The gold-finished front forks further enhance its premium feel. Perhaps, these details make it one of the most eye-catching bikes in this segment.

Engine and Performance

Mechanically, the bike remains the same as the standard Shotgun 650. It uses a 648cc parallel-twin engine, which offers smooth and strong performance. However, it delivers a slightly different exhaust sound compared to other Royal Enfield 650 models like Classic 650 & Bear 650.

Exclusivity and Value

Royal Enfield has designed this limited edition mainly for collectors and fans. In addition, buyers will also receive a signed artwork of the Caliber Royale sketch by Winston Yeh.

Although the price is higher than the standard model, the exclusivity and design perhaps justify the cost. Overall, this Royal Enfield bike offers a unique blend of style, rarity, and brand value.
