2025 Royal Enfield Classic 650 Launch Date Announced

The varieties of motorbikes offered by Royal Enfield have been growing quickly. And the majority of the new additions are done to the brand's 650cc lineup. Now, the brand is going to add one more bike to this lineup by launching the Royal Enfield Classic 650. On March 27th, the brand will launch its sixth 650cc bike, the Classic 650. This follows the Interceptor 650, Continental 650, Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650, and Bear 650.

What Royal Enfield Classic 650 Offers?

First, the Royal Enfield bike will have the same neo-retro charm as the 350 cc model. This includes turn indicators with a similar form and a circular headlamp with position lights on either side. Moreover, the teardrop-shaped petrol tank will be carried forward.

A larger analogue cluster with a tripper meter will also be added. In addition to all of this, the bike will have wire-spoke wheels, with an 18-inch one at the back and a 19-inch unit up front.

The Shotgun 650 and Royal Enfield Classic 650 are identical in terms of swingarm, subframe, and main frame. It is supported by twin shock absorbers at the back and 43 mm telescopic Showa forks up front. Moreover, disc brakes with standard dual-channel ABS are responsible for braking on both ends.

Royal Enfield Classic 650 Engine

The Royal Enfield Classic 650 is powered by a 647 cc air/oil-cooled parallel twin engine. It produces 46.4 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of peak torque at 5,650 rpm. Moreover, it is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Furthermore, when it launches, the bike will face off against competitors such as the BSA Goldstar 650.
