I bought the Hero Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 for my daily office commute, and it is the ultimate budget bike. The biggest highlight is the incredible 73 kmpl mileage. It sips petrol so slowly that I only need to visit the petrol pump once a month, which saves me a lot of money. Also Drum brakes work perfectly fine for daily city speeds. It is low-maintenance, super comfortable, and the perfect bike for daily stress-free riding.

My daily commute is highly economical thanks to the smart i3S engine. This idle start-stop system automatically shuts off the engine at traffic lights. The Raider 125 is a bike, perfect for short rides and highway bursts. Mileage is around 52-53 km/l, and the 10-litre tank is enough for daily trips. The front telescopic forks and rear mono-shock absorb potholes nicely. It comes with a front and rear drum brake setup. The tyres are 80/100-17 front and 100/90-17 rear, giving a stable ride. I could comfortably reach 99 km/h without feeling unstable.

I bought the TVS Star City Plus for my daily office ride. The 110cc engine feels buttery smooth, and the mileage is around 75 kmpl, which saves me money. The seat is comfortable for city traffic. But on highways, the pickup feels a bit weak. Still, for regular use in the city, it gives me a very reliable experience.
