Suzuki Burgman Street 125 launched in India: OBD2-A and E20 compliant

The Burgman Street has been updated with OBD2-A and E20 compliance, and is now available. The ex-showroom price for the Burgman Street model starts from Rs 93,000 and up.

The 2023 Burgman Street 125 range has been released by Suzuki Motorcycle India, with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 93,000. Like the Suzuki Access 125 and Avenis 125 models, the 2023 Burgman Street range is now compliant with OBD2-A and E20 fuel standards.

What’s new in 2023 Suzuki Burgman Street 125?

With its OBD2-A compliance, the Burgman Street now features an up-to-date on-board diagnostic system that can show the rider real-time engine data in the event of a malfunction. Additionally, Suzuki Burgman Street is capable of operating on E20 petrol, which can contain up to 20% ethanol. Furthermore, the 2023 version has been updated with a fresh Pearl Matte Shadow Green colour option.

Engine Specifications of Burgman Street 125

Equipped with OBD2-A compliance, the Suzuki Burgman Street 125 is propelled by a 124cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. Its powerful engine generates a maximum power output of 8.58 bhp at 6,750 rpm along with the peak torque of 10 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine is paired with an automatic CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) transmission.

Price details of 2023 Suzuki Burgman Street 125

In terms of competitors, the Burgman Street is primarily pitted against the Aprilia SXR 125. The 2023 iteration of the Suzuki Burgman Street is offered in three different trims - Standard, Race Connect, and EX. The base variant has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 93,000. Further, the Ride Connect variant is priced at Rs 97,000. Meanwhile, the range-topping EX trim will cost you Rs 1.12 lakh (ex-showroom).
