Royal Enfield has introduced a new variant of the Himalayan 450, called the Himalayan Mana Black Edition, at Motoverse 2025 in Goa. It is priced at Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom). This version brings a darker and more rugged personality to the popular adventure motorcycle. It has been inspired by Mana Pass, one of the highest and most challenging motorable routes in the world. This motorcycle aims to deliver a more focused adventure-ready experience.

The Mana Black Edition features a deep Stealth Black finish that instantly sets it apart from other Himalayan models. The engine, USD front forks, and wire-spoke rims also follow the all-black theme, which gives the bike a unified and aggressive look.
In addition, Royal Enfield has equipped it with rally-style accessories, including black rally handguards, a high-mounted rally front mudguard, and a flatter rally seat. This seat raises the height to around 860 mm, which makes it more suitable for off-road and standing-up riding.
Perhaps the most practical addition is the set of tubeless wire-spoke wheels. They combine durability with the convenience of tubeless tyres, which is especially useful during long-distance and rough-terrain rides.
The bike continues to use the 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa engine, producing around 40 bhp and 40 Nm of torque. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox that supports both relaxed cruising and spirited off-road rides.
The suspension setup also stays the same, with Showa USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, offering 200 mm of travel on both ends. Features like a TFT instrument cluster, switchable ABS, ride modes, and full LED lighting continue to appear in this edition, ensuring that it remains modern and user-friendly.
Royal Enfield has managed to trim about 1 kg of weight compared to the standard model, bringing the dry weight down to 195 kg. However, even a small reduction can improve handling, especially when navigating off-road trails or standing on the pegs during rough sections.
Bookings for the Himalayan Mana Black Edition are now open across Royal Enfield dealerships and online platforms. Deliveries are expected to begin soon, offering adventure riders a factory-ready rally package without the need for additional modifications.
