KTM India Launches New Motocross & Enduro Bikes

KTM India has launched an exciting range of motocross bikes from its international lineup. These bikes are designed for off-road and track use only, which makes them ideal for thrill-seekers. Moreover, the new lineup includes models for kids and adults, from the small yet powerful 50 SX for children to the 450 SX-F for seasoned riders. Let’s have a detailed look at these KTM bikes. 
 

KTM 50 SX

KTM 50 SX is a great start for young motocross riders. It has a 49.9cc engine making 5.4 bhp and 5.2 Nm of torque. The bike has a single-gear automatic system, which makes it easy to ride. Furthermore, this is the lightest model, with special WP XACT 35mm USD front forks and a monoshock at the back. Its 160mm brakes help control speed, and it has a basic body with an upswept exhaust. The bike costs Rs. 4.75 lakh (ex-showroom) in Indian market.
 

KTM 65 SX

KTM 65 SX is the next level up for young riders. It has a 64.9cc single-cylinder engine that produces 10.6 bhp. This bike has a six-speed gearbox, which allows riders to go faster. The suspension is similar to the 50 SX, with WP XACT 35mm front forks and a monoshock. However, it has slightly bigger brakes for better control. The price for the KTM 65 SX is Rs. 5.46 lakh (ex-showroom).
 

KTM 85 SX

KTM 85 SX is powerful for young, serious motocross fans. It has an 84.9cc engine that makes 16.4 bhp and 14 Nm torque. Like the 65 SX, it has a six-speed gearbox. Its larger size makes it feel more like a full-size motocross bike. Moreover, the brakes and suspension are upgraded, and it comes with a larger spoke wheel size. The price for the KTM 85 SX is Rs. 6.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
 

KTM 250 SX-F

KTM 250 SX-F is a high-performance bike for serious adult motocross riders. Its 249.9cc four-stroke engine makes 46 bhp and 26.5 Nm torque. Moreover, this KTM bike offers an excellent power-to-weight ratio as it weighs only 104 kg. The bike also has advanced features like launch control, quick-shifter, and selectable engine maps. It competes with Kawasaki’s KX250 and is priced at Rs. 9.58 lakh.
 

KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days

KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days is a dedicated off-road machine with headlamps and tail lamps. Its 349.7cc engine makes 45 bhp, and it weighs just 103.2 kg. This model is equipped with WP Explorer suspension and Metzeler Extreme tyres that give great stability on rough terrain. Moreover, it costs Rs. 12.96 lakh and is made for advanced off-road riders.
 

KTM 450 SX-F

KTM 450 SX-F is one of the most powerful bikes in this range. It has a 449.9cc engine with a five-speed gearbox. It also includes two engine maps and traction control for better handling. Moreover, the bike’s suspension has a WP XACT adjustable fork with 310mm front travel and 300mm at the rear. The 450 SX-F costs Rs. 10.25 lakh, which makes it a top choice for expert riders looking for serious motocross action.
