Hero has reduced the price of the HF Deluxe Canvas Black, and this move comes as a surprise for many buyers. At a time when most companies increase prices, Hero has taken a different step. Now, customers can buy this bike at just Rs. 59,999.
Earlier, Hero bikes launched this model in June 2023 at Rs. 60,760. Over time, the price increased and reached Rs. 67,634. However, the company has now reduced the price by Rs. 7,635. As a result, the current price stands even lower than the original launch price. This makes the bike more affordable for everyday buyers.
However, this price cut is not available across India. Right now, only customers in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh can get this benefit.
In addition, Hero has not shared any update about expanding this offer to other states. Still, this move could increase demand in these regions. Buyers who look for budget-friendly bikes may find this offer very attractive.

Even with the price cut, Hero has not changed the features or engine. The HF Deluxe Canvas Black still runs on a 97.2cc air cooled engine. It produces 7.8 PS power and 8.05 Nm torque. Moreover, it comes with a 4 speed gearbox that supports smooth riding.
In addition, the bike includes a strong frame, telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers. It also uses drum brakes on both wheels. HF Deluxe features make it suitable for daily commuting.
Hero has not clearly explained the reason for this price drop. However, strong competition in the entry level bike segment could be a major factor. Bikes like Honda Shine 100, Bajaj Platina 100 and TVS Sport attract many buyers.
Perhaps, Hero wants to improve its value and attract more customers with this new price.
HF Deluxe remains one of the top-selling Hero bikes in India. However, recent sales show mixed results.
In March 2026, Hero sold 85,088 units, which shows a drop compared to last year. However, April sales improved strongly. Then again, May sales saw a decline. So, this price cut could help boost sales in the coming months. The HF Deluxe sales dropped sharply by -56.09% in June 2026 as well.
In comparison, many other bikes showed strong growth, which can be seen in the Sales Report of Top 10 Two Wheelers in June 2026. This clearly shows that the model has faced pressure in recent months.
| 2 Wheeler Brand | June 2026 | May 2026 | Growth % MoM | % Share June 2026 |

| Suzuki | 1,15,030 | 1,32,244 | -13.02 | 5.10 |
| Enfield | 1,14,032 | 1,03,231 | 10.46 | 5.06 |
| Total | 22,53,314 | 22,60,635 | -0.32 | 100.00 |
In addition, Hero also saw a slight decline in overall monthly sales. However, it still holds a strong market share of 24.02%.
Overall, this price cut could help Hero attract more buyers, especially in price-sensitive markets. In addition, the lower price may improve monthly sales in the coming months.
However, future performance will depend on how buyers respond to this offer. If demand increases, Hero may even extend the offer to more states.
