The undisputed legend of daily commuting!
This motorcycle remains the benchmark for low cost, hassle free ownership. I easily fetch around 70 kmpl mileage in standard city traffic, making monthly fuel bills almost negligible. The light clutch and low seat height make weaving through dense market lanes effortless, while open road riding reaches an 85 kmph top speed comfortably enough for local bypass stretches. The basic drum brake setup requires proper foresight during sudden stops, but for bulletproof mechanical endurance, cheap spare parts, and effortless daily riding, nothing tops it.

The ultimate household workhorse!
There’s a reason why this bike is on almost every Indian street, it just never gives up. My monthly fuel bills dropped drastically after buying this, easily getting around 70 kmpl mileage in mixed city traffic. The long seat for extra comfort makes a massive difference when carrying heavy office bags or riding pillion with family for long durations. It lacks high end features or quick highway overtaking power, but for bulletproof reliability, cheap spare parts, and incredible fuel savings, nothing beats the trusty Splendor.

Ultimate Daily Workhorse For Long Distance
The legendary engine is incredibly bulletproof and easy to maintain. Its high fuel efficiency is well supported by a practical 9.8-litre fuel tank. This combination gives me a massive riding range before needing a refill. It remains the ultimate budget-friendly choice. The drum brakes are surprisingly sharp and reliable in sudden traffic situations. Mechanics in any remote village can fix this bike in minutes.

Simple And Sturdy Commuter
The 97.2cc air-cooled motor feels refined during daily starts and slow traffic movement. Acceleration remains linear with minimal gear shifts in urban stretches. Front telescopic forks improve comfort over uneven village roads. Real-world mileage remains highly economical for office travel. Halogen headlamp offers decent night visibility, while the simple analog console displays fuel and trip readings clearly.
