Royal Enfield’s Electric Flying Flea Spotted Testing in Leh

Royal Enfield is moving fast with its electric motorcycle plans. After showing off the e-Himalayan, it’s now testing the Flying Flea in high altitudes. Two new versions, the Flying Flea C6 and the S6 Scrambler, were seen testing in Leh.

They were heavily camouflaged, but we got a few important details. These bikes seem nearly ready for production. Moreover, they’re designed for everyday use in cities. Here’s everything we know so far about Royal Enfield’s upcoming electric bikes.

Flying Flea C6 and S6 Scrambler Seen Testing

Both bikes were spotted in Leh, where Royal Enfield often tests its motorcycles. The Flying Flea C6 has already been shown earlier. However, the S6 Scrambler’s design has not been revealed yet. The test bikes were covered, so we could not see much detail. But their shapes and sizes gave us some clues.

The bikes look light and easy to ride. They seem built for city roads and weekend getaways. Furthermore, both bikes carry an electric powertrain with a compact battery box. Riders can expect a range of about 100 km per charge. That’s enough for daily commuting and short trips.

Aimed at City Riders and Young Buyers

Royal Enfield wants to make electric bikes fun and simple. The Flying Flea series is aimed at urban riders. They will likely be light, nimble, and stylish. Moreover, the upright seating and compact design suggest comfort and ease of use.

The bikes are expected to offer good performance for short trips. Even though Royal Enfield has not shared battery or motor specs, these bikes seem quick and quiet. Riders may enjoy a smooth and silent ride with zero emissions.

The Flying Flea C6 will likely launch in February 2026. About six months later, we may see the Scrambler S6. Both will sit in the premium electric motorcycle space. Prices could start from Rs. 3 lakh and go up to Rs. 4 lakh.
