Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is Hitting Indian Roads TODAY at Motoverse 2023

Royal Enfield is launching its much-awaited Himalayan 450 in the Indian market TODAY. The launch will take place at the Motoverse 2023. The bookings were already open earlier this month.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Specs & Features

Royal Enfield will be powered by a new liquid-cooled 450cc, single-cylinder engine, producing 40 bhp & 40 Nm torque. In addition, this bike’s 450CC engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox alongside an assist & slipper clutch as standard. The new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will be light-weight compared to the other models, with a 196 kg kerb weight.
 

Speaking of features, this new bike will come with a large, circular TFT screen with navigation & Bluetooth connectivity. This bike will also feature switchable ABS, full-LED lighting & ride-by-wire.
 

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Rivals

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will compete against the KTM 390 Adventure, offered in low seat height & spoke wheel versions in India.
 

Royal Enfiled Himalayan 450: Booking & Price

The company already opened the bookings for the motorcycle earlier this month. Royal Enfield will announce the price soon. However, the brand is likely to fill the price gap between the now-discontinued Himalayan 411 & the Interceptor 650 in India. Therefore, we can expect the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 to range between Rs. 2.50 Lakhs - Rs. 2.60 Lakhs for the Kaza Brown paint scheme.
