Royal Enfield stole the spotlight at the EICMA 2025 show in Milan with the reveal of its Continental GT 750 prototype. Displayed with a “Testing in Progress” tag, this model marks a big leap for the brand as it continues to grow in the performance twin-cylinder space.
Royal Enfield is expected to reveal more about the GT 750 during Motoverse 2025, with the final production version likely to be showcased at EICMA 2026. The global launch could follow towards the end of 2026.
The Continental GT 750 prototype stays true to its café racer roots, but with a much sharper and racier look. It sports a retro-inspired semi-fairing, a sculpted fuel tank, and a short tail section fitted with a tuck-and-roll seat.
The design feels both familiar and fresh by blending Royal Enfield’s signature vintage charm with modern track-ready aggression. The 18-inch alloy wheels and soft-compound tyres add to the sporty stance, giving the bike a planted and confident look.
Royal Enfield has made big changes to ensure the GT 750 can perform on the race track. The motorcycle uses a brand-new chassis with a redesigned steering setup and new suspension geometry for better control and precision.
It features race-tuned Showa suspension, including telescopic forks up front and twin shocks at the rear. Moreover, the bike is likely lighter than the current GT 650, which could mean quicker acceleration and easier cornering.
The bike comes with a new 750cc parallel-twin engine, which is expected to produce around 54–55bhp and nearly 65Nm of torque in standard form. However, since this prototype is being developed for racing, the final tune might deliver even more power.
The GT 750 will take part in the Indian National Racing Championship (INRC) next year, giving Royal Enfield a strong platform to test and refine the new motor. Apart from this, the bike features twin front discs and a single rear disc, ensuring solid and predictable stopping power.
