New Bajaj Chetak Range Gets Faster Speed and Lower Price

The updated Chetak electric scooter range has been launched with revised prices, new features, & updated names. The entry level variant now starts at Rs 91,504, which makes the lineup more accessible for buyers. Moreover, performance has improved across variants with higher top speeds for daily riding needs. In addition, some features that were optional earlier are now standard, therefore improving overall usability and riding comfort.

What’s New in the Updated Chetak Range

Bajaj Chetak Electric Scooter lineup includes C3501, C3502, 3503, 3001, and C2501 models, however the ‘C’ suffix is not applied to 3503 and 3001. Moreover, top speed has increased across the range, which improves daily commuting on city roads. 

The C3501 and C3502 now reach 80 kmph, while 3503 and 3001 go up to 70 kmph. However, the C2501 has a top speed of 60 kmph, which suits shorter urban rides. In addition, the C3501 motor output has increased to 4.8 kW from the earlier 4.5 kW.

Features and Charging Updates

The C3501 now supports Google Maps navigation through a smartphone app, however it requires an optional TecPac upgrade. Moreover, OTA updates are now available on C3501 and C3502, therefore new features can be added remotely. 

In addition, 3001 and C2501 variants now get Eco and Sport riding modes along with hill-hold assist as standard. The 3001 charging time has been reduced to 2 hours 55 minutes, hence it becomes quicker for daily use.

Variants and Price Update

The updated range includes five variants, each offering different speed levels & features for varied usage needs. Moreover, the C2501 is now priced at Rs 91,504, which is Rs 5,000 lower than before. 
The C3501 and C3502 focus on higher speed & added tech features for daily city rides. However, the 3001 and 3503 balance performance and practical usage with improved charging and riding modes. Therefore, the updated lineup brings better value with improved speed, features, and pricing for buyers.
