Pune, Maharashtra, September 02, 2026: Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. (KWV) is strengthening its growth strategy by evaluating international markets for its electric two-wheeler business. The company is initially assessing opportunities across Turkey, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Kenya, Nigeria and Egypt.
The expansion comes as Kinetic EV continues to build its presence in India, where it currently has 45 exclusive showrooms operational. Another 40 outlets are expected within two months, while Kinetic EV has issued 150 Letters of Intent (LOIs) for its exclusive dealership network.

Kinetic Watts & Volts is evaluating Turkey as a potential European market, while Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are being assessed among neighbouring markets. In Africa, the company is exploring opportunities in Kenya, Nigeria and Egypt.
The evaluation covers factors such as electric two-wheeler potential, regulatory requirements, customer needs, evolving EV ecosystems and possible distribution partnerships. KWV aims to identify suitable markets and partners before establishing its international business.

Kinetic Watts & Volts has appointed Makarand Joshi to spearhead international business development as the company explores opportunities across its target markets. Joshi brings more than two decades of experience in developing international markets for Indian automotive products.
His experience spans Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa, covering automotive segments such as two-wheelers, commercial vehicles and tractors. Mr. Joshi's responsibilities will include international market development, business expansion and distribution network development.

With 45 operational showrooms, 40 more expected in the next two months and 150 LOIs issued, Kinetic EV is expanding its domestic network. This expansion is helping the company build the capabilities, partnerships and market understanding needed to establish a global electric mobility presence.
Established in September 2022, Kinetic Watts & Volts is the dedicated EV manufacturing subsidiary of Kinetic Engineering Ltd. The company operates an 87,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility equipped with automation and quality systems for EV production.
