Hero MotoCorp recorded strong sales growth in July 2026, mainly due to higher demand for the Splendor. The company sold 4,99,943 units in the domestic market, compared with 4,11,271 units in July 2025. This marks a 21.56% year-on-year (YoY) growth.
However, sales remained almost flat compared with June 2026, when Hero sold 5,01,661 units. As a result, monthly sales declined by just 0.34%. In addition, the Splendor remained the biggest contributor to Hero's total sales during the month.

The Hero Splendor continued to dominate Hero's sales chart in July 2026. It recorded 3,35,246 units, compared with 2,46,715 units in July 2025. This represents a strong 35.88% YoY growth.
Moreover, the Splendor accounted for around 67.06% of Hero's total domestic sales. However, its sales dropped by 5.04% compared with June 2026, when it recorded 3,53,024 units.
The HF Deluxe remained the second-best-selling Hero model with 55,978 units. However, its sales fell by 21.68% YoY. On the other hand, its monthly sales increased by 26.38% compared with June.
The Vida electric scooter range recorded one of the biggest growth rates in Hero's line-up. It sold 22,707 units in July 2026, compared with 11,225 units in the same month last year.
As a result, Vida recorded an impressive 102.29% YoY growth. In addition, its sales increased by 11.22% compared with June 2026. Perhaps the growing demand for electric scooters helped Vida improve its monthly performance.
The Xoom 125 also performed well during the month. Hero sold 9,375 units, up from 6,543 units in July 2025. This represents a 43.28% YoY increase. Moreover, sales grew by 39.07% compared with June.
The Xpulse recorded 4,649 units, showing a 15.56% YoY growth. Its monthly sales also jumped by 57.22%, making it one of Hero's better-performing models in July.
Meanwhile, the Passion and Glamour also recorded yearly growth of 6.09% and 21.49%, respectively.
However, not every Hero model recorded growth in July. The Xtreme 125R declined by 21.09% YoY to 9,696 units. The Xtreme 160R also saw a sharp 68.82% drop, with only 498 units sold.
The Destini 125 recorded 19,142 units, down 2.96% YoY. Meanwhile, Pleasure sales remained almost unchanged at 8,470 units.
Overall, Hero's July sales show strong yearly growth, with the Splendor continuing to drive volumes. In addition, Vida, Xoom 125 and Xpulse posted healthy gains, while some premium models saw lower demand.
