Hero Patents Design of New Maxi Scooter

The Hero maxi scooter boasts an underbone structure with a sharp and edgy design.

Hero Patented its new Maxi Scooter; the scooter is expected to be different from any other scooter in the market today. This Hero maxi scooter has a particularly athletic style with its angular front fascia, sharp body panels, and split headlamp setup. The stepped seat is also rather sharply sloped, emphasising the scooter's athletic aims. It also has huge wheels, maybe 14 inches in size.

Design of the New Hero Maxi Scooter 

Underbone frames are common on maxi and sporty scooters marketed in South-East Asian nations such as Indonesia. However, just a few scooters with these distinctive frames are available in India. This Hero maxi scooter might be the first domestic scooter with this type of chassis.

Expected Features of Hero Maxi Scooter

While no engine data was released, based on its luxury design, it might have a displacement of greater than 150cc. While it is too early to tell, this mill may use liquid cooling. The suspension seems to be straightforward, with a telescopic fork in front and dual shock absorbers in the back. While it is not evident in this design drawing, a disc brake at the back is also extremely likely.

The hero wants to gain similar success with its new scooter as achieved by the sporty Yamaha Aerox 125 for its unique appearance. It seems that Hero will be able to achieve that after the launch of the scooter.
