Bajaj Auto has updated the Pulsar NS200 in India on October 23, 2026, adding electronic throttle by wire (ETB), ride modes and a new TFT display. The updated motorcycle now produces 25.5 PS, up from 24.5 PS earlier.
It also gets traction control, a Sports Shifter and Google Maps mirroring. Priced at Rs 1,60,374 (ex showroom, Delhi), the upgrade focuses on improving rider control, connectivity and everyday convenience.

The biggest change is the addition of ETB technology, which enables ride modes. Bajaj Auto has also introduced traction control and a Sports Shifter.
These features add electronic assistance to the NS200’s performance focused package. However, the company has not specified the available ride modes in its announcement.
The Bajaj bike retains its perimeter frame and 199.5cc, four valve, liquid cooled engine. A six speed gearbox continues to handle transmission duties.
The existing LCD instrument cluster has been replaced by a 5 inch TFT console. It supports Google Maps mirroring, adding navigation convenience for daily commutes and longer rides.
Other additions include:
These updates bring more technology and practical features to the motorcycle. Riders should check the display’s supported functions and connectivity requirements before making a purchase.
The updated Pulsar NS200 produces 25.5 PS, compared with 24.5 PS previously. Bajaj Auto has also upgraded the front suspension.
The motorcycle now gets thicker 37mm upside down (USD) front forks, replacing the earlier 33mm setup. It also features a 130/70 R17 radial rear tyre.
These hardware changes update the NS200’s existing performance package. However, their real world impact on handling and ride comfort will need assessment during a road test.
Speaking on the announcement, Mr Sarang Kanade, Chief Business Officer, Two-wheeler Business Unit, Bajaj Auto Ltd., said, “For Pulsar, performance has always been rooted in power. We believe it should also be defined by how confidently and intuitively a rider can use that power. With the NS200, we are evolving this definition to meet changing riding needs and bring greater adaptability to the riding experience while staying true to the performance-led character of the NS.”
Buyers should check local dealer pricing before booking, as on road costs include additional charges.
Its rivals include the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and KTM 200 Duke. Buyers can compare their prices, equipment and riding characteristics before choosing.
The latest update makes the NS200 more technology focused without changing its core engine configuration. Its appeal will depend on how the new electronics and hardware perform in everyday riding.
