2023 Honda CBR500R Launched: Will it Come to India

The 2023 Honda CBR500R has been made public worldwide. The new mid-segment motorbike competes against models like the Kawasaki Ninja 400 and the Yamaha YZF-R3. In addition, the motorbike has been upgraded with new colour options, including the famous Grand Prix Red option, as part of the annual update.

The new Grand Prix Red option features red, white, and red graphics. This motorbike has a strong CBR650R-inspired appearance thanks to the paint job. In addition, the motorbike is offered in Sword Silver Metallic, a colour scheme that mixes shades of grey, black, and brilliant yellow.

The motorbike is almost unchanged except for the updated colour options. The 471cc parallel-twin engine that powers it continues to produce 47.5 horsepower and 43 Nm of maximum torque. A full-LED headlight, ABS, a slipper, an assist clutch, and an LCD instrument cluster are some of the bike's standout features.

The new CBR500R will soon be offered for sale on the global market, but the exact date of its introduction in India is yet unknown. In the meantime, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India are getting ready for a fresh launch announcement scheduled for January 23rd.

Additionally, Honda has teased the arrival of a new H-Smart function with its two-wheelers on its social media channels. According to the brand, more information regarding the technology's capabilities and what it is or can be will soon be released.
