Yamaha YZF-R25 Launches in Japan at Rs 4.37 Lakhs, Features Full-LED Lighting

The 2023 YZF-R25 is a new addition to Yamaha's Japanese lineup. Dark Blueish Purple Metallic is a unique paint choice for this motorcycle with a quarter-litre engine for 2023. As a result, the YZF-R25 is now offered in the following three colours: Black Metallic, Deep Purplish Blue Metallic, and the brand-new Dark Blueish Purple Metallic. The cost of the motorcycle is 6,90,800 yen (Rs 4.37 lakh).

The aesthetic hasn't changed, and the 2023 YZF-R25 still has a twin-pod headlight, a full fairing, rearview mirrors mounted on the fairing, a clip-on handlebar, a side-slung exhaust, 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. However, the Yamaha YZF-R25 now sports LED turn indicators thanks to changes Yamaha made to the feature list. An LED headlamp, an LED taillight, and a fully digital instrument cluster are additional elements that have been carried over from the previous iteration.

Among the motorcycle's mechanical features is a 249cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine with a maximum power of 34.8bhp at 12,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 23Nm at 10,000 rpm. In addition, a quick-shifter upgrade is an option for the six-speed gearbox that this motor is connected to. The 2023 model's components include the following:

• A diamond-shaped frame.
• Front forks that are positioned upside down.
• A mono-shock in the back.
• Disc brakes on both wheels.

The Yamaha YZF-Indian R25's launch information is currently unavailable. However, we do not think we will be seeing this motorcycle on our soil any time soon. Instead, the business will shortly debut the 2023 variants of the YZF-R15, MT-15, and FZ-X, updating its Indian offering in the meantime.
