India continues to remain the world’s largest two-wheeler market, and in 2025, it once again proved why manufacturers focus heavily on design and innovation here. Last year, several motorcycle brands introduced models that did not just offer performance but also grabbed attention with their unique looks and modern features. Here are some of the most uniquely designed motorcycles that made headlines in 2025.
The X47 Crossover is a bold move towards the future. This electric motorbike gets a sleek and aggressive look taken from the brand’s F77. But more importantly, the X47 Crossover emphasizes comfort with its upright stance and tall sitting position.
It comes up with two battery variants supporting an extended range of riding. This makes it ideal for daily commuting as well as traveling over the weekend. Further, other specifications like advanced rider aid systems and regenerative braking illustrate the progressive nature of electric motorcycles.
The Yamaha XSR 155 did not take any time to be in the discussion circles of enthusiasts. Taking inspiration from those classic motorcycles, such as the legendary RX100, this neo-retro motorcycle manages to blend that old-school charm with modern technology. Equipped with a round LED headlamp, sculpted fuel tank, and clean and simple design, this bike stands apart on Indian roads.
Besides, it uses the same proven 155cc engine from the R15S that provides a great balance of power and fuel economy. Moreover, the most attractive factor of the XSR 155 is the option to customize it with either the Cafe Racer or Scrambler kits for the riders to give it a personal touch.
The KTM 390 Enduro R took a completely different route with its rugged and purpose-built design. Inspired by rally bikes, it looks ready for tough terrain straight from the showroom. The bike also gets long suspension travel, spoke wheels, and a high exhaust, which give it a serious off-road presence.
Triumph added a fresh flavor to its lineup with the Thruxton 400. This motorcycle stays true to classic cafe racer styling with clip-on handlebars, a sleek fairing, and a sporty riding posture. At the same time, it offers modern features like traction control and LED lighting.
Perhaps this mix of heritage design and modern performance helped the Thruxton 400 appeal to younger riders as well as classic bike lovers.
