The Special Edition Of MV Augusta Dragster RR SCS Revealed! Here’s How It Looks!

MV Agusta has recently introduced the Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition for the international markets. The motorcycle is inspired by the iconic MV Agusta 750S America, originally launched in 1975.

Design of Dragster RR SCS 

The Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition retains the base design of MV Agusta's motorcycles. It incorporates elements that are a tribute to the classic 750S America model. 

The design elements could include a similar colour scheme, retro-inspired graphics, or other visual cues for the classic model.

MV Agusta Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition features a distinctive paint scheme with blue as the primary colour with red and white highlights. The colour combination and the red seat add to the bike's visual appeal and set it apart from the standard version. However, the special edition resembles the standard model and has a carbon fibre cover on the rear wheel. It enhances its sporty and premium aesthetics.

Engine Specifications of Dragster RR SCS

Underneath its eye-catching exterior, the Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition retains its powerful performance characteristics. The bike has a 798cc triple-cylinder engine that delivers 140 hp of power and 87 Nm of torque. This engine is attached with a six-speed gearbox and features MV's SCS, which is a hydraulically-actuated automatic clutch. 

Features of MV Augusta Dragster RR SCS 

The suspension components of the special edition include fully adjustable Marzocchi front forks and a fully adjustable Sachs monoshock at the rear. Brembo components handle braking duties on the Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition.

It features a pair of radial four-piston callipers and 320mm floating discs at the front. The rear brake comprises a single two-piston calliper and a 220mm disc. The braking system is complemented by Continental ABS, ensuring optimal safety and control during braking manoeuvres.

Availability of MV Agusta Dragster RR SCS

The exclusivity of the MV Agusta Dragster RR SCS America Special Edition is a significant aspect of its appeal. There are only 300 units produced worldwide of the bike. MV Agusta ceased its operations in the country a few years ago, so it is highly unlikely that it will be available in India.
