The All-New 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX Launched in India

Starting with the highlight of the show, the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has entered its fifth generation. With several improvements over the previous model, the bike has been designed for comfort and long-distance travel. Moreover, the base model will be available for sale in the nation with lots of modifications. Its litre-class performance also contributes to its respectable popularity.
 

Engine & Specifications

A larger 1099 cc inline four-cylinder liquid-cooled engine has replaced the bike's 1043 cc engine as a result of this generational shift. At 9,000 rpm, the power has decreased from 142 bhp to 135 bhp despite the increase in displacement capacity. As this goes on, the torque has increased by 2 Nm to 113 Nm at 7,600 rpm. Moreover, the engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox that has a slip-and-assist clutch. 
 

The chassis is the same as the 1000SX. It features 41mm inverted forks with adjustable compression, rebound, and preload. The rear monoshock also allows adjustments for rebound and preload. Dual 300mm front disc brakes and a 10mm bigger 260mm rotor at the back, assisted by dual-channel ABS, for braking. New Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres are mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels that support the sports bike. 
 

Features and Dimensions

According to its measurements, the Ninja 1100SX has a wheelbase of 1,440mm and a ground clearance of 135mm. Additionally, it comes with a 19-litre fuel tank and a seat height of 820mm. As a flagship Ninja, the SX1100 is equipped with every gadget imaginable. A 4.3-inch TFT instrument panel that has two layouts that provide statistics for aggressive riding, including G-Force and lean angles.
 

Additional noteworthy features are voice command and Bluetooth connectivity. Moreover, there is a USB-C charging connector and built-in navigation via Kawasaki's Rideology app. The bike is loaded with a range of electronic advancements. It starts with three riding modes—Sport, Road, and Rain—and also has a user-customizable Rider mode. Lastly, it has traction control (which includes cornering traction control), cruise control, a bidirectional fast shifter, and power modes.
