Honda Unveils Marvel-Edition ADV 160 Scooter in Thailand

- Scooter gets an Ironman and Captain America themes.

- The scooter keeps its mechanical features.

- India launch not planned.

Honda Thailand has launched two new models of the ADV 160 maxi-scooter. They feature Marvel-themed designs based on Ironman and Captain America. 

A red colour scheme with gold accents is used for the scooter with the Ironman livery. Further, a blue colour scheme with white and red accents is used for the one with the Captain America livery. 

They look like comic characters. The company did not make other changes to the scooter. It still has a split headlight, scooped seat, transparent visor, and tall stance.

A single-cylinder engine powers the Honda ADV 160 special edition. It delivers 16 bhp and 14.7 Nm and is housed in a double-cradle frame. The suspension and braking setup, which consists of telescopic front forks, dual rear shocks, and front and rear disc brakes, is also unchanged.

The same features as a fully-digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, and a traction control system are on the Marvel Edition models. 

But, unfortunately, Honda will only produce 3,000 units of the two models.

We don’t think Honda will launch the ADV 150 in India anytime soon. Even though it has recently filed design patents in India. So, you should consider the Aerox 155 if you are looking for a maxi-scooter in India in the 150-160 cc segment.
