Hero Xtreme 440R to Launch Next Year in India

The Naked will have a 440cc air-cooled engine, as present in the Harley Davidson X440.

Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, will have its hands full in the current fiscal year, with a slew of new bikes on the horizon. The 2023 Hero Xtreme 160R will be followed in the following months by the next generation Karizma XMR, while the Hero Passion Plus was relaunched only a few days ago, and the Xtreme 200S 4V will arrive shortly as well. The first motorbike resulting from its collaboration with Harley-Davidson will be priced on July 3, 2023.

The Motorcycle Models On Which Hero Is Working

Hero is also working on a flagship luxury portfolio, other than the future bikes and scooters, which will most likely consist of three models at first. The Hero Xpulse 400 and Xtreme 400S or Karizma 400 may employ a new 420 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, with the former expected to join dealerships in early 2025.

The dual-purpose adventure tourer and the faired supersport were spotted during tests. According to recent reports, Hero is working on a fresh new naked streetfighter that might be called the Xtreme 440R. It is expected to be powered by the same 440 cc single-cylinder engine as the future Harley-Davidson X440.

According to the source, the Hero Xtreme 440R has an aggressive style with expensive bits and pieces. The naked motorcycle was shown alongside the Harley Davidson X440 to get customers' feedback on its design; neither showed branding.

The Karizma XMR will premiere an all-new 210 cc liquid-cooled engine, giving Hero three new engine platforms to compete for market dominance in the 200-450 cc segment over the next few years. The Hero Xtreme 440R is also expected to hit the market next year.
