Hero Launches its Most Affordable Destini Prime Variant at Rs 71,499

Hero MotoCorp has finally launched its most affordable variant of its popular Destini Prime scooter for Rs 71,499 (ex-showroom Delhi). The company has removed the connectivity features to reduce the prices and enable them to compete in the affordable scooter market. However, the scooter continues to come with some of the most phenomenal features. 

Specifications & Features

In terms of specifications, the newly launched variant has a 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 9 PS & 10.36 Nm torque. With this new scooter, you will easily be able to achieve 56 kmpl of mileage. In addition, the variant has front & rear telescopic forks, monoshock suspension & drum brakes on both ends, ensuring stability and control.

Pertaining to features, the newly launched Destini Prime receives a less complicated halogen headlamp. This headlamp comes without any chrome elements surrounding it, in contrast to the LED headlight of the Destini Xtec, ensuring safety.

In the Destini Prime, a regular grab rail has taken the role of the Xtec's backrest, improving comfort. Apart from these modifications, the Prime's general appearance resembles the Destini Xtec. Other features include a USB charging port in the under-seat storage area & an analogue speedometer with a digital inlay, providing convenience. 

Colour Options & Price 

Speaking of colour options, the variant is available in three splendid colour choices: Pearl Silver White, Nexus Blue & Nobel Red.

In terms of price, Destini Prime is the most affordable variable, with the price starting at Rs 71,499. Moreover, the price for the other two variants, Hero Destini 125 Xtec LX & Hero Destini 125 Xtec VX, start at Rs 79,248 & Rs 85,738, respectively.
