• The first six months of this year have registered sales of 4,35,257 vehicles whereas in 2022 the numbers were 2,60,278.

• 5 lakh e-rickshaws zip around with a Rs. 50,000 incentive each, electrifying urban mobility.
   
• Public transport gets a significant transformation with Rs. 50 lakh for each of 8,000 electric buses, making green commutes a reality.
   
• The government plans 2,700 charging stations across key areas, strategically placed every 3 km in a grid. At the same time, after every 25 km on highways.
