CFMoto 450SR Hits Road in Australia to Compete with KTM RC 390

The CFMoto 450SR motorcycle was just released in the Australian market after being introduced in China in April of last year. The bike competes directly with Indian-market vehicles like the Kawasaki Ninja 400 and the KTM RC 390. The 450SR will be available for sale at dealerships in Australia in April 2023 for AUD 7,990. (Rs 4.57 lakh).

The Keeway K300 R, which is offered in India, and the CFMoto 450SR have striking visual similarities. The former, however, has swankier colour schemes and edgier designs that give it a more attention-seeking appearance. It has an aggressive front fascia with a stylish dual-LED headlamp and sharp side fairings on either side. A powerful fuel tank is also present, blending in with the tail's the upswept and pointed end. Subtle details like colourful bodywork highlights, lively wheel rim tapes, and golden USD forks enhance its aesthetic appeal.

A 449.9cc parallel-twin engine with liquid cooling and a maximum output of 46 bhp and 39 nm powers the CFMoto 450SR. It should be a blast to ride with this level of horsepower and an impressive curb weight of 168 kg. The top speed is said to be an astonishing 190 kmph, and it is speedy enough to reach 100 kmph in just five seconds! The motorcycle's equipment is also extremely high-end, including extras like Brembo M40 monobloc brakes and a Bluetooth-enabled TFT panel.
