BMW Motorrad's CE 02 Electric Scooter to Launch This Festive Season

BMW Motorrad is ready to launch its CE 02 electric scooter in the upcoming festive season, marking a leap into sustainable urban mobility. The CE 02 blends BMW’s iconic layout with an eco-friendly mechanism, promising an interesting journey powered by the brand-new Ev scooters. Meeting the demands of urban commuters and tech-savvy riders, it demonstrates performance without compromising comfort or features. This brand emphasises BMW Motorrad’s dedication to turning in electric-powered mobility solutions that meet the growing demand for sustainable modes of transport. BMW Motorrad aims to expand its EV lineup in India with the launch of the CE 02, which is expected to make its debut in the upcoming festive season. Under the recently announced CE 04, the two-wheeler will expand BMW’s electric vehicle offering in the Indian market.  
 

Global Manufacturing and Market Strategy:

Currently, the CE 02 is manufactured at TVS’s Hosur plant and exported globally. Co-designed with the German brand, TVS handles all production lines. The CE series of EVs aims to establish a premium brand for sustainable energy, targeting urban markets to attract new global customers for BMW.  
 

The CE 02 features a 2kWh battery, which offers the flexibility of a single or dual battery configuration. Moreover, depending on the setup, the scooter provides 90km of range and a 95kmph top speed or 45 km of range and 45kmph top speed. Like the CE 04, this two-wheeler features a modern design and advanced features, making it a more desirable choice for the customers.  
 

As for its demand in the Indian market, BMW will price the CE 02 between Rs 4 lakh and Rs 5 lakh, putting it a few lakhs above the TVS X. BMW's strong brand name in India ensures sales fast, customers appreciate its exclusivity and premium design.
