Bajaj Auto is set to expand its electric scooter range with a new affordable Chetak variant. The company has officially confirmed the launch date as 14 January 2026 through a media invitation. This upcoming model is expected to become the most accessible entry point into the Chetak lineup. Therefore, it targets buyers looking for a simple and practical electric scooter. Moreover, the new variant will compete directly with other budget electric scooters currently available in India.

The new Bajaj Chetak variant will be introduced in the Indian market on 14 January 2026. Bajaj aims to attract cost-focused buyers through this launch.
